A piece of cheese

Introducing simple retellings of Enid Blyton's animal stories to a young audience, especially written for children beginning to read. Each story is accompanied by beautiful colour illustrations to engage the young reader and support the text. In this story, the animals spot a piece of cheese on the ground, and they all want it. And they are so busy talking about who should eat the cheese that they do not notice someone else come along.
